Park Road Staff & Leadership

The staff at Park Road is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church. If you have questions for any of us, feel free to reach out and email or call the office.

  • Chris DiVietro

    Senior Pastor

Chris was raised in southern New Jersey and attended Allegheny College where he met his wife, Liz. Chris and Liz have been married for over 10 years and have three children: Aletheia, Judah, and Evangeline; they have four, if you include their yellow lab Samson. Chris is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary and has his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University. The DiVietros like to hike, garden, watch sports, and read.

  • Drew Thomas

Assistant Pastor for Students and Family Outreach

A Berks native, Drew has been married to his wonderful wife Hanna for the past 13 years. He has three amazing, energetic little girls. Zoe 8, Aria 4, and Nikea 3. He graduated from Muhlenberg HS in 2002. In his spare time, Drew enjoys watching the Eagles, working out, playing sports (yes, corn hole is a sport), coaching his daughters' teams, traveling, and reading theological books.

As a teenager Drew went far away from the Lord and greatly abused drugs and alcohol. After getting into some trouble, God grabbed a hold of his life and saved him. When he surrendered to Christ and asked God to change his sinful lifestyle and to help him live for the Lord, God began a great transformation in Him. Shortly after coming to Christ Drew sensed a deep desire and call to ministry. He has been to over 12 countries preaching the gospel, teaching in Bible schools and serving the Lord in various pastoral roles and ministries. He is still pursuing God purposes for his life by attending Reformed Theological Seminary. Drew feels very blessed to be a part of the Park Road family and is excited for all that God is doing here!

  • Liesel Ackley

    Pastor of Administration

Liesel grew up in the Reading area and has a rich background in instrumental music. She studied at Eastern University and taught music on a variety of grade levels before studying at Palmer Seminary. She and her husband, Micah, have two amazing daughters, Emma and Kaylee, and a corgi mix, Zoe. Dogs, comic books, and iced coffee have a special place in Liesel's heart.

  • Liz DiVietro

    Director of Children’s Ministry

Liz was born and raised in Colorado, but has lived in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. After graduating from Allegheny College, she attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Master's in teaching. Liz has taught many different grades and ages over the years spanning from high school chemistry to preschool. She is madly in love with her husband, Chris, and their three beautiful children. Sports, desserts, and laughter are all favorites of hers.
